Lethal Words

Thanks to our texter triage algorithm, we learned that many words are more likely to lead to high-risk conversations than “suicide.” In the world cloud below, these words and numbers are sized in accordance the likelihood that the conversation will end in an active rescue. The emoji pill is 4.4 times more likely and crying face emoji is 1.6 times more likely to end in a life-threatening situation.
